I am not making this up.

Somehow, Pounce figured out how to log on to Lappy, and read some of my emails, including a note from The Husband about how pets all over the place are writing their own Blogs. And so he decided he had to have one.

And now, he does.

Silly kitty, blogging's for humans.

Ow! That was my face, you fiend!

You Are Batman

Billionaire playboy by day. Saving the world by night.
And you're not even a true superhero. Just someone with a lot of expensive toys!

Gotta admit, I do love my toys.

What Flavour Are You? I taste like Peanut Butter.I taste like Peanut Butter.

I am one of the most blendable flavours; I go with sweet, I go with sour, I go with bland, I go with anything. I am practical and good company, but have something of a tendency to hang around when I'm not wanted, unaware that my presence is not welcome. What Flavour Are You?

*sniff* Not welcome! Waaahhhhhh!

As I mentioned here, a couple of (well-meaning?) interwebs guys proposed a Blogger Code of Conduct. And here, TNH discusses, in detail, what prompted this suggestion, and why it's not necessary. Since she's the first known source of disemvowelling as a (useful and successful) moderation device, she has some good points.

Moderation is not something I need to worry about much here (obviously) but for places I visit that do (such as Whatever and Making Light, and occasionally even less trafficked [info]nihilistic_kid and [info]jaylake it just ain't rocket science. Your blog is your home. You make da rulz.

I truly don't think this idea is necessary at all. Most bloggers I know are well in control of their blogs already, deleting hate speech or disemvoweling posters who have nothing constructive (and a whole of deconstruction) to add to a conversation.

I mean, seriously, are we in kindergarten?

(aside from that I can't draw worth a lick . . .)

drawing personality

What does your drawing say about YOU?

"The results of your analysis say:

You tend to pursue many different activities simultaneously. When misfortune does happen, it doesn't actually dishearten you all that much.
You have a peaceful mind, viewing the world with calm and serenity. To you, life is not about struggle and strife but about existence and co-existence.
You are creative, mentally active and industrious.
You have a sunny, cheerful disposition."

Ha! Sunny and cheerful. Take that, cynics!
